To be honest, I am an existing PennyMac customer with a high credit score, a high salary and more cash in the bank than my loan, I thought PennyMac would move my refi quickly instead I was made to jump through hoops with endless documents just to get a lower interest rate. Not happy about the process

The total monthly pmt amount on the document I e-signed was ~$100 less than the actual total monthly pmt on the hard copy of the loan paperwork I physically signed a week later. Prior to e-signing, I reached out to Antonio to clarify. He addressed my questions and said yes, everything was correct, even after I pointed out what I believed to be an obvious typo that could have explained the descrepancy. I wasn't notified that these numbers were incorrect until I saw different figures at closing.
