The process went quickly and smoothly. I was given updates weekly so that I knew exactly what was happening with my loan.
Jason staples made my refinance process a breeze. He was very detailed when explaining the whole process and paperwork. If I didn’t understand something he would explain it so I could understand it. I will definitely refer anyone to Mr. Staples/ pennymac because I know they would be taking care of. Thank you again for the awesome experience!!
