The refinance went very smoothly. Julian kept me informed on what was going on every step way
There were lots of both miscommunication and lack of communication. From the very beginning it started out good then turn south fast. On the day of closing and even after leaving the title company. You would think nothing else could go wrong at this point, but it did. Transparency would have made this experience better for me and correct answers.
Everything was made easy to refinance. I've allready been asked by family for my lenders information.
The cost of closing was very confusing and I think higher over all than we had discussed
