Duplicate document request was from two different agents. Issue resolved quickly with phone call and probably due to work-at-home communication issues.

During the refi process, I was not informed that it would be best to discontinue auto-payments to my previous loan so final payoff would be accurate for my new loan. A monthly payment on my old loan went through a few days before final closing of my new loan causing the balance of my refi to be inaccurate. I had to call and have it fixed and still have yet to confirm this has been corrected. If I hadn't caught this I feel Penny Mac would let the mistake go and taken the extra $$ as profit.
