Everything went very smooth. People were very professional and friendly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Process was easy. Maybe I shouldn't say this, but everyone could speak and understand English.

The best feeling of my experience is probably the fact that Pennymac employees created an atmosphere of caring, they really wanted to see me through this and it was not just a job to them.
