This was my second time working with PennyMac and I am so disappointed in the drop of customer service. My emails or phone calls would go days without a response or even ignored all together. My closing date was changed 4 times. The day of closing I was scheduled to close at 8 am but PennyMac did not send the documents to my closing attorney until noon and they did not communicate with me that the documents would be late. My realtor, closing attorney and I found PennyMac to be unprofessional.
From my initial conservation with the agent - to closing every thing was explained. They were very professional and courteous. All of my questions and concerns were addresses quickly and to my satisfaction. I have a new interest rate I can live with. I am very pleased. Miss. Dorothy,
I think Nathan did a great job. My Refi application was not an easy one. Very complicated. Nathan did a great job in explaining what was needed. and going to bat for me when there were unusual requests. Given the COVID situation, everything ultimately went smoothly.
The refinance process was simple, painless and quick. No complaints at all. Two thumbs up to PennyMac.

Julian was great. Your overall process was lacking at the title company level. Julian worked hard to get 2 extensions because of the title company dropping the ball on my subordination requirement. I suggest you promote Julian and find another title company.
I chose Penny Mac for my home refinance since I already had an established relationship. However, after what occured since the date of my Closing was scheduled I do not believe that I would make that decision again. Once the Closing was scheduled (2 weeks later due to my schedule), I was told that I would continue to receive information from the Representative that had been assigned to me but that was NOT TRUE. I never heard from that person again, even after numerous phone calls and emails.

Overall good experience. Able to close very quickly for us. It would have been nice to be able to get people on phone easier on the weekend. Thank you though overall—
