Tho whom, it may concern. I'm very pleased with my refinance. Monica Ochoa, and Jamie wright very helpful. I was unsure on which mortgage lender I wanted to use. I called BB&T and Penny Mac. It was Monica Ochoa, that kept calling me and I'm quoting her " I'm willing to match or beat their offer". She would even call on Saturday to make sure I was going with Penny Mac.
