Working with Iceania, of the m.a.c. team was great. She knew right away what documents were needed and if we had missed sending a requested document.
Friendly people who gladly answered all my questions and were always open to going into more detail on the process.
We received no communication from you unless we attempted multiple times to get information. Things were put on hold due to lack of communication on YOUR end forgetting to send a request to documents YOU already had. Wish we would have gone with a different mortgage company because your service was unacceptable.
The process, from online application, through closing was quick and easy. Both the loan originator as well as Erica and the macTeam were quick, efficient, and easy to work with.
