The entire process took at least two months to complete. It was ridiculously long. I also did not like the fact that even though we are married and I make more money than my husband, I was treated as less important. He was designated as the borrower and I was the co-borrower. In this day and age, why were we not both designated as a co-borrower? My name was always listed second, as if I was a second -hand citizen. It was offensive.

The entire team I worked with directly during my refinance process were very attentive, caring and understanding. They were very thorough in their delivery of information and maintained constant communication with me throughout the process. I'm very pleased with everything!

I would have preferred regular clear communication. I often received unclear and confusing emails that required me to call for clarification. Additionally, my closing costs were $300 more than what I was told just 2 days before closing. When I inquired about the increase I received no response other than, "Let me check with my manager." I should receive a credit of $300.

The process was frustrating and highly efficient. Lack of communication and calling your company is like being in a soccer field getting kicked around from department to department to department, the process is awful.

I constantly got requests for information that was already uploaded to the portal. I would call and tell them they already have it. All of a sudden it was like magic. They looked and it was there. The closing documents were wrong. Simple items like the county of residence were incorrect as well as the closing statement. The notary had to come twice. On top of it all, your collection department called and threatened to turn your existing loan over to the Credit Bureaus for non payment
