No communication. Loan was canceled without my consent. Took too long to close. Did not receive feedback of what the hold up was. No sense of urgency on PennyMacs behalf to close despite me calling and requesting an expedite. Received no communication on why my loan was canceled and ended up paying more than initially told.

I was kept informed all through the process. Erandany was very responsive and followed up on all my questions quickly. Very knowledgeable and made the process easy.

My refi was handled in a professional manner by everyone I had contact with during the process.
I was called weekly during the process to make sure there were no issues pending on the approval. Title took way too long by PA state .
better communication from whom ever does the final documents and the notary. The notary person showed up on our doorstep ready to sign papers and I looked at the documents and they were not the up to date documents. I had to send away the notary and then we had to set another date for signing. Very stressful. Couldn't even talk to my original person who was in charge of my loan. Had to talk to the middle man, that was having a hard time understanding the problem. Very frustrating ordeal
This was my fourth loan with Pennymac and I was very familiar with the process. While I commend anyone for his command of the English language, I would suggest he receive additional schooling in order for him to master the clarity and enunciation of English. He was very difficult to understand, but we managed. The call in center for servicing loans is very difficult to maneuver with extremely long wait times on the phone. Overall, good job everyone!
