The process took more than 3 moths to complete. I was stood up at least five times because the loan documents were never sent to the notary. No one bothered to call me or the notary to notify that the documents would not be ready. I asked Tate Fackrel to reduce the loan fees, he didn't in the final documents. I also asked Tate Fackrel to maximize the cash-out to the legal limit based on the appraisal of my property; he failed to do that. I had to stop the process and call to re-write the loan ap

Sharon and the others were very nice...for my spouse and I the communication could have been more streamlined, but we experienced long periods of not knowing where we stood during the process, and there were long periods of no communication...Bouncing from one person to another was frustrating, and at one point I just wanted to back out as the applied fees added up, and the savings seemed too minimal...it was initially communicated differently.
Made the process extremely easy and quick. Great customer service.
Friendly and fast. One glitch was we were told to get a well and termite inspection. But 1 phone call cleared that up. Thanks

I understand with what is going on with the virus thing won't go as smoothly. But to long of contact between requests. Asked for a phone call and would not receive. Told an amount for funds needed at closing and when we got final doc to approve it was $2000 + over what was told. Took over 2 months to close.
The online application process was easy. Communication after application is good. Communication working through escrow could be better, however the CSR's were very helpful and attentive.
