Granted, we are in the middle of a pandemic. The process took forever. Carlton never really knew what was going on. It was frustrating. It was suppose to be a straight forward streamline refinance. Joseph D was great and patient. Overall we got what we were looking for mostly. The process was quite the journey to get there.

The whole process was smoothe and we didn’t have to provide additional documentation as it was already on file. The one thing I will mention that slowed the process down was waiting in a shipping label from title. I called at 9am mountain time and did not receive a follow up call until 6pm that day that could have delayed the whole process. We applied May 5th and the loan was funded May 28th.

I was hearing from too many people, all with different names and the effort became complicated and a little difficult to follow exactly what was going on. Too often when asking questions the individuals would agree to call me back with answers and I would never receive a callback. several days later I would receive a new call from someone else and when I would ask the same unanswered questions I would receive, "I'll call you back" and no call came

It was easy, direct, and predictable. Everything happened within the promised time frame. When I had a question, It was easy to get to get to a team member and they always knew what they were doing and knew the status of my loan. Seriously, this was not stressful and it was very easy.

I'm not exactly sure. I was just a little concerned because the title company didn't have all of the information the day before close and couldn't get a hold of anyone. They called me and I had to contact someone. Maybe if there would be a way to not have so many people involved.

Communication promises not kept. Failure of communication between team members. Failure to respond to information provided in a timely and professional manner. Just a list of mishandling of the process.this is not to condemn everyone on the team, but it is to say the performance of the team as a whole was unsatisfactory to me.
