I had a great experience refinancing with Penny Mac, they met my expectations and provided great customer service. They took the time to clearly explain everything that I had questions about and closed in a timely manner.
I would definitely go through another refinancing or purchase a home with Penny Mac. The team is very knowledgeable and they routinely emailed me with up to date information on the closing process. Even though we're in a epidemic right now, I did not feel that it interferes with the process. Very satisfied.
