A little confused at first but Everything worked out as it should have.
Everything went smooth and in a timely manner
Loan Processor Kali Thompson first called me on 4/20 and left a detailed vm introducing herself as my Loan Processor Though I only missed her call by less than 5 minutes, I wasn't able to reach her and had to leave a message with a different LP. I called several times over the next few days, and never was able to reach her. When she finally did call me a good week later, she gave me wrong information tied to closing monies due me --- both related to it's disperse timing, and the amount.

Everything was fine until it came to closing. Was suppose to close on a Friday and a notary could not be found for that date was rescheduled for Monday, on Monday notary called and said they had not received paperwork from Pennymac had to reschedule for Thursday according to person I talked to from Pennymac. I called Pennymac on Thursday to confirm closing, all of a sudden was told it wouldn’t be until Friday which I informed them was not acceptable as we had another appointment scheduled
The people were so friendly and explained everything
Jesse was great. There were costs I was not expecting and we were able to work through it. At the end, the confirmation of employment was rough. My company is global and it was difficult to reach someone that could confirm my employment via email.
I can not Thank PennyMac enough. I love you guys. Kristen Griffin you made the experience wonderful, under the COVID-19 circumstances. PennyMac Team made my Year, working so hard to complete the entire process. You encouraged me so much, trying when I did know if is was going to happen. Penny Mac you do not know what it meant to me & my family. Thank you. Anthony Vargas
