It was fast.
Getting the closing date scheduled was difficult, and it took three times of scheduling to have it done. I completely understand that the current covid conditions complicate matters but it was not communicated well when I needed to reschedule in order to get my closing done. Other than that everyone was wonderful and very friendly.

With COVID-19 and historical low interest rates, I was really surprised how fast I was able to close the loan. There were a few hiccups along the way, some of my own doing. Process was simple for a refi
Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about this refinance cash out equity process. I really didn' know anything about it so they explained everything to me (from cradle-to-grave) and I was able to make the right decision. The process was quick and timely.
