Easy process. Went much smoother than I expected. I barely had to do anything at all.
The communication from my MAC Team person was SO TERRIBLE. At one point, when I asked for an update on my loan status and where it was at, she said something about the loan process being "as unpredictable as the weather" and she had "no idea." Really? I know the virus situation slowed things down, but the slowness coupled with the total lack of communication made it awful. I would NOT recommend refi through PennyMac to anyone, ever. I'd type more specifics but limited to 500 characters. 🙄
Rosario was always professional and knowledgable, able to answers all of my questions. Her actions were , I believe in the highest standard of PennyMac, which is why I chose to remain with you as a company!
