Everything was fine until it came to closing. Was suppose to close on a Friday and a notary could not be found for that date was rescheduled for Monday, on Monday notary called and said they had not received paperwork from Pennymac had to reschedule for Thursday according to person I talked to from Pennymac. I called Pennymac on Thursday to confirm closing, all of a sudden was told it wouldn’t be until Friday which I informed them was not acceptable as we had another appointment scheduled

Kali, while incredibly loaded due to the volume of ReFi at play, did a fantastic job of taking care of our streamlined ReFi. Nothing to it on my end. She deserves the credit. Nicely done indeed.

Ari'ele could have communicated and addressed my concerns. Never did close as scheduled because no closing docs was sent. I asked her why didn’t anyone call me? She said it was because when I sent the email it was after 9pm Friday and they are in Texas and everyone had left for the day. I told her I got that, but why hasn’t anyone called me today yet? Y’all been there for hours now, she said she was working on her files.

Jesse was great. There were costs I was not expecting and we were able to work through it. At the end, the confirmation of employment was rough. My company is global and it was difficult to reach someone that could confirm my employment via email.
