Overall good service. There was some confusion towards the end when it came time for closing costs.
You guys wouldn’t fax a document for me for 2-3 weeks requesting info needed for my VA refinance. You also asked me to obtain the wrong documents for 4-5 weeks, despite me telling you the difference and that NGB-22 was what was used during my original VA loan and likely to be the case for the refinance. The level of knowledge of what was required was unacceptable.
Daniel and Hilda were great. The whole process was very quick, much quicker than we expected. We were constantly kept up to date on what was happening and the next steps.
Was not holy with the initial loan officer, jarret. But when Lana came on board, she handled all issues immediately. She was great!!!
Everything went smoothly from Loan Officerto Processor, They were professional and very helpful. Considering the high volume and the fact that I am also in the industry, they took the time to explain the whole process. Unfortunately, something happened one day before closing where a new CD was disclosed with incorrect information. Shannon and Tracy worked hard to get the CD corrected the best they could. We since received an incorrect Post Close CD. We hope to get a corrected Post Close CD soon
It was complete on time
It took me 2 weeks to get a Loan Officer to respond directly to me, when I initially requested a refinance. Pennymac Associates would call back, put me on hold and never connect me with an actual loan officer, sometimes for 40 minutes at a time. This occurred at a minimum of 4 times over a 5 day period. I was already an existing mortgage client! I was told by the closing attorney, the night before closing that I needed an 18yr old/nonspouse witness present. Thankfully, a friend was available.
Clear,precise, accurate, professional service
The same documents were being asked for, it seemed like we wasn’t going to close, closing date kept being pushed back, the timeframe was longer than expected. Overall, I’m just happy it got done.
