The service provided exceeded my expectations!
The process for the loan and communication were going well until the day of closing . The documents that were brought by the notary to sign at the closing, were not the same closing disclosures that I had seen and had adequate time to review. The monthly payment was increased by $150 which was not expected, especially hearing about it for the first time from the notary right there ready to sign.
Clear, concise communication
Refinancing went quickly. PennyMac sent personnel to my house to sign all closing documents in person. Very convenient! Their staff members were competent and friendly.
The refi process was easy and fast! Great customer service and helpful at every step in the process!
