From the start of the loan it was very smooth. Once we got close to the closing date, that was agreed upon by all parties, is when everything became unorganized. There was no communication at all during closing date. I was told I would not be able to close on the closing date because no one knew what the closing cost would be. We ended up getting called and asked why we were not at the closing office. The closing was a very stressful event.
