The entire process was smooth. There were no last minute problems.
I asked for my appraisal about 10 times and never saw paperwork until I signed documents. The loan advisor Will was happy to start the process so he could get paid but anytime I asked questions he was very short and not helpful. When I called the mac team nobody ever answered and long wait times. Communication was poorly designed. Hilda was fine, but I submitted everything but they kept needing more documents. It was a cluster probably covid19, I guess. Ill make sure I pay you, thanks for a loan
Gary was proficient at taking the app. He also responded promptly to our emails. Lana was the best! She was always pleasant & answered our questions with patience. We would have never been able to close so fast without her help. She is a true asset to your company.
carmelita was excellent when closing was delayed for a day because the title company sent the wrong documents, she was incredibly helpful and responsive

I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Emeldo Munoz. I had all my answers in one single call, the loan process was incredibly fast and all my expectations were exceeded.
The initial cost described by my loan officer differed from the costs outlined on the paperwork, and required several revisions to be accurate as sometimes there were additional fees added into the revised closing document that we hadn't discussed. I asked several times for the initial conversation to be monitored and it was not. As for Erica that processed my loan - she was great about communication, regular check-ins, and following up when there were discrepancies.
