Telling me I was paying for points to bring my interest rate to 2.875 would have been nice. This was NEVER communicated to me. I don't buy points! I will ensure this doesn't happen to me again. My wife's and my credit is outstanding! We don't need to buy points and over pay for someone's commission. Very bad business.

I signed a preferred attorney form. At closing I was given a random attorney. I feel like I could have gotten a better interest rate somewhere else. The company is too big and corporate, next time I will go local for my needs. The process took too long, over a month.

When it came to time to close I was told one thing and our payment was day late. The person who did re fi said we would get check at closing. It showed 3 days later in a envelope from UPS they rang bell and left at door.
