had issues with angel Potts... A lot of lack of communication on her end. First i was told that I was eligible for a cash out refi come to find out after already paying for an appraiser that I was not. And fell short of the wait period by a month. got blamed for it. I got told by her that I shoulda knew the exact time from last refi. as if it was my job.(I did get reimbursed) also 4-5 times of getting told I would get a call back, would wait by my phone to No call. list goes on. Not happy.

Long hold times on the phone. No way to reach my loan processor directly. Incorrect information provided. After various phone calls/emails from Gwendolyn Wheaton to upload specific docs which had already been uploaded, I learned the documentation was uploaded to the incorrect area (there were so many areas, and no clear direction on where to upload). After several emails to confirm my closing location, Gwen still provided the incorrect address/state to the remote notary.
