Had Pennymac I’m with my previous house. They make the process fairly seamless. When things do go sideways management is quick to step in and resolve the issue.

Natalia was amazing at providing insights into the process and clearly articulated various complex issues. Martha was always there to answer our calls and keep our application on track. I did not know how much money I needed to wire until Friday night at 7:00 when closing was On Monday at 12:00. The bank didn’t open until 9:00 so it was a bit of a crunch. Also, the title company did not receive the final closing documents until 11:00. My realtor and the sellers realtor waited until 1:30for their money to be wired over. They left because it never came... very unprofessional. Elodia did an amazing job helping out in the beginning, but Anna Eng was hard to get in touch with.
