Amazing! The process was very quick and easy. I was able to get my house refinanced in less than 30 days. The team was awesome with communications and updating me throughout the whole process. I was blessed to be able to refinance for the number of years requested and received a better rate than I expected. Great experience. Everyone worked together and quickly to get it done. Couple of minor confusions but that was mostly due to the way Texas state laws work. Overall a great experience.

The experience was very easy and smooth. All paperwork was done on time and closing done in a short time.
It may be a result of the pandemic and the work from home policies, but before Nathan was assigned we had GREAT difficulrty reaching anyone. Even your call center could not reach anyone from the office we were working with spent over 4 hours on two occasions trying to get updates. Nathan was a welcome change. He did stay in touch and things moved smoothly once he was on the case.
