Overall, each and every person we spoke to on the Mac Team were courteous, and helpful with all our questions. The online application was a first for us, and we found it really easy to follow. The only complaint was the repeated request for information that had already been sent. It would be very helpful to future applicants if all documents needed were requested at the beginning of the process. Our sincere thanks to Hermes and the entire Mac Team.
Unfortunately Richard had a difficult time in communicating with us on very specific parts of this loan process. So much so, we switched to DeeDee Atkins to take over the process. Even after the loan was “funded” we are still waiting to see the loan paid off. We were informed the Sunday before this one that the funds should clear within 2 to 3 Business days. This was over a week ago. Fortunately, a phone call to Dee Dee & info was relayed to us that funds should clear within a day or two.
I was amazed how easy, fast and efficient Letisia was. She was with me every step of the way. I would definitely do business with PennyMac again.
My mortgage refinancing process with PennyMac could have not been more efficient. Nancy made the overall experience quick and easy.
I truly enjoyed working with Daniel Vera and Anna Eng. These two individuals are top notch in my opinion. I informed both of them that in the future I am going to buy another house and I'm going to contact them when I am ready to do that. Both of them set my mind at ease during this whole process. Daniel was able to work from home seamlessly and helped me secure the best interest rate I have ever heard of in my life. Anna was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
