So simple, a caveman could do it!
They took care of me all the way. When I had some concerning questions they were always helpful to make me understand what the expenses were and why.
The loan process took much longer than i was told. when there were issues with documentation i was not notified. I also had to constantly had to call in and talk to multiple managers to get stuff resolved and to find out whats going on. This has been possibly worst experience ever.
PennyMac is very straight foward and honest.
