The amount of money that was needed at the closing was different then what was on the original closing sheet

Overall the experience was pretty streamline. The Coronavirus I believe slowed the refinancing down, but if not for that PennyMac did a great job and my team with PennyMac did a great job as well.
Everyone we dealt with was always helpful very helpful from start to finish. There were a few glitches along the way but they were handled quickly and professionally. I would defiantly recommend PennyMac to anyone looking for results in financing.
