In my Closing documents, the Origination Fee was charged. During the initial review for the refinance, I was told the Origination Fee would be waived. However, it was added to the estimate and subtracted and then re-added to the loan.

There was no communication with the mac team. Manager Jerod was no different. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life regarding service. The only thing that was good about my experience is Michael Ammari. My loan was canceled without me knowing, my closing disclosure change from one day to the next with no explanation. There were a few times that things were confusing, but Mona was always very helpful. I thought that everything would go much slower when all the changes were implemented because of the virus, but we still closed pretty quickly.
