My closing date was pushed back because of a mistake.. someone on your end was saying I had a hole in one of the bedrooms ceilings that’s needed to be fixed.. the home is only a few years old as it was built in 2016.. turned out whoever it was on your end was looking at the wrong paperwork..
Nearly all the representatives of pennymac were respectful and helpful, only 1 bad online experiences with a representative that I never had to communicate with before,just a little sharp and rude with one of his email response. Other that I had a great experience with my refinance of my home. Thank you MAC team .

If the so called MAC team would have communicated with each other, if the penny MAC team would have communicated with myself rather than me having to call several times and try to find out what was going on. If I didn’t have to sign refinance paperwork 2 times, If penny Mac didn’t call me at least 3 times saying my mortgage was past due, If I didn’t have to spend a lot of my time trying to explain the problems I was having with the Penny Mac process to 5 or 6 different people. Horrible process

I started the process prior to many of the issues related to COVID -19 being addressed. The loan process was somewhat delayed, but highly understandable based on the current world conditions. I started the process very flexible with my closing time frame, so it was not an issue for me. Overall the process went very smoothly based on the situation presented. Great job everyone!
We originally worked with Laurie Baker and once we had the loan started it went to Jordan,Raj and Antonia. I would get emails saying I needed to do or review something randomly from each of them. Sometimes they seemed like they were referencing the same thing. I had Laurie’s contact information and was able to contact her a few times but no contact information for the other 3. I thought the process was confusing but overall ended with a good refinance that met my needs.
