The overall communication and education throughout the process was a constant. I did not feel like any ol customer or just a number. I felt appreciated as a customer and cared for each step of the way!
The team and experience was easy to work with and timely in the request to ensure we met our closing date
Making the portal more user friendly and making documents accessible to others in penny Mac so the customer doesn’t have to submit them multiple times. I understand the underwriting period and everything has to be right but there has to be an easier and more efficient way to move the process on. Once I got to Michael, it was an excellent experience. There were some bumps in the road with the closing officer before Michael, but Michael was awesome and listened to my exact concerns and dealt with me as a person not a generic number.

Each step of the process was clearly communicated. The entire process moved in a timely fashion.
Overall the experience was very pleasent and didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would have.
Working with Pennymac, specifically Jamie Wright was a pleasure. Answered or returned my calls quickly. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process felt like it was being handled by a friend who truly had my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend.
Overall my experience was great. The only glitch was that some documents were requested more than once. And some documents were self explanatory and required multiple additional documents to clarify.
