It didn’t matter who we talk to, our answers to our questions were answered, everything was clear so that we could understand it. With COVID-19 and the challenges, your team was proficient and worked like a fine-tuned machine. A most excellent team.

Everything went quickly and smoothly.
Everything was fine. Most of the people were very pleasant to talk to (most of them). Everything went pretty smooth. One complaint. Due to this COVID-19 mess, I do believe I should have had the option, or at least been ask, about the possibility of starting the first payment later (1 or 2 months).
Robbie Winkler did a great in processing the loan. The process was quick and easy. I appreciate the experience.
The PennyMac team did a great job trying to keep communication open during the Covid-19 pandemic.
