The process was easy and fast.
I recently refinanced. Julian and the PennyMac team did a great job keeping me posted on the status on the refinancing during these dIfficult times. The process was fast and efficient. I highly recommend PennyMac.
Since already having a previous loan with PennyMac, there should not have been any problems with the correct legal spelling of my name. I expect more prompt replies from my mac team point of contact when I have questions and concerns and send out emails to that point of contact, not having to go back thru the broker first.
