Having started this refinance process before the COVID-19 lockdowns, I did not know what to expect. Luckily Brittany and Joseph were there to guide me through the madness. Things got a little hairy after the stay at home orders took place and everyone transitioned into working from home. Communication was not straightforward and I did struggle to get responses, but Brittany was there to guide me through the finish line once we got our bearings. The refi closed at the right time for us.
The process was easy and straight forward. Communication was well done and the loan agent made sure the loan would go through as quickly as possible.

It would have been better if: The content of the documents requested was clear to avoid multiple requests and uploads; My loan and cash to close amounts weren't changed incorrectly days before my closing; My closing wasn't cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice; My closing wasn't rescheduled with consulting me first.
