The closing process was explained from beginning to end.
Overall it was great. However, you waited til 2 days before closing to reconfirm my wife’s employment and we were literally signing the closing documents when you cancelled the closing because you hadn’t received the confirmation. Not impressed!
Replies/communication were hampered GREATLY by the Covid19 impacts on working locations. I do NOT fault Mykela for this, AT ALL. She and Ranjnesh "Angel" Prasad were fantastic to work with; knowledgable, patient, and very helpful.
Julian was very professional, knowledgeable, proactive and responsive throughout this process.
Carlton is exceptional communicator and very thorough in his instructions. He’s very prompt in getting back to me he’s very professional. I enjoyed work with him very much
At this time with most folks working from home this can not be easy to do. My entire team was very kind and personable. If we discussed something it came back to us just as we had discussed it .
