I'm very pleased with how quickly the refinance went through. When I had a few adjustments/ requests regarding the loan terms, Tahirah listened carefully and made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted. Also, I love that I was able to do a 23-year loan term, and not be limited to just 15, 20 or 30-year options.

Vonnye Answer the phone! Don’t ignore emails from client, realtors , and lawyers! Communicate with the client needs to be better. If I buy another house I will not come back to Penny Mac for a loan. Now the customer agents and Anthony Trozera were perfect. Anthony always called back and was very thorough with everything. Thank you Anthony Trozera. They are what made this loan happen.
