Tried to communicate several times with loan officer no response left messages no response after several weeks heard from my Edna Allen one time and never again until recurved a confirmation for signing appointment. I realize these are trying times but to ignore someone for a lengthy time is unacceptable. I like your company but very unhappy with this experience
