DeBorah stayed in touch and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She was pleasant, professional, and always helpful.
Doing the whole process online was very easy and ensured we had our social distance. The only thing we had to do in persone was sign papers for closing. Very helpful in this time of COVID19.
All questions were addresses as they came up. We closed ahead of schedule and I was able to remain in contact with the same contacts throughout the process. I want having to start from zero with some random resource ever interaction.

Given the unforeseen circumstances we are all experiencing at the moment, once I was able to get connected with the loan originators to request a Refinancing on an existing loan the entire process was very smooth.
