The PennyMac team led by Jason was amazing. He was always in communication with me at least twice a week. Frequently followed up his emails with a phone call. The application process was really simple. Loan closed when I excpected. A+ service all the way around!!

The whole process was pretty easy. Communication open and instructions were easy to understand.
After working very closely with a “broker”, my wife and I felt inspired to check the rates online after our broker continuously was back and forth on what he could and couldn’t do for us. So when we looked up the rates, pennymac popped up. I spoke with a rep who has us up and off the ground on fast track with in 2.5-3 hours. When she said that pennymac wouldn’t sell our loan off, that made me feel like a person, and not a number. The customer service was better than we’ve experienced in a while

I must say that my loan officer Diana Rogel was AWESOME!!! She is very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE and was COMMITTED till the end of closing. ALL of the issues was when our loan went to the MacTeam. No one was on the same page. I constantly got emails and calls saying I needed a 10 year home warranty and something else, simply because it was required for a different state on a loan they had previously processed. Honestly, the process with the MacTeam was horrible and WAS NOT enjoyable at all.
