My closing documents were never accurate and my closing was not scheduled on 4/10/2020 as discussed with Eric Briggs, we missed a days work and the title company never showed up. We finally closed the following week. Glad its done...

Loan process was painful
We were happy with the process and how quickly things fell into place. We especially like knowing what are options were, with respect to "buying down points" and what the cost-to-benefit timeline would be on that decision, Very thorough, friendly and professional.
