Took longer than expected to close, had to do my own leg work to get property tax information when it should have been PennyMac responsibility.
All parties explained their parts to my satisfaction. The closing was on time, with a added bonus I did not know about of $2000. 5 stars for you all.
My expectations were exceeded.
