Everything was great when working with Marlon then everything fell apart. Weeks went by without hearing from anyone and when I called and spoke to a team member I was told of items needed. Completely out of touch with the process. I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere to finally get this loan to be processed. It took much longer to finalize and this started months before COVID. I will not be interested in refinance ever again with this company.

My experience with the PennyMac from the salesperson to the final documentation was amazingly simple and painless. I was very impressed that under the circumstances with everyone working from home that the process was so seamless. When I started talking to PennyMac about my loan people were still working in the office and over the course of the process they were transitioning to working from home, but they were prompt with making calls and contact on time.
