I am extremely happy with Penny Mac! Thank you for your professionalism, promptness and commitment to excellence! The only feedback I would give for future is that, while I never had trouble getting a hold of you at PM, my realtor and title company did have trouble getting through to Penny Mac on more than one occasion during this closing process. Not sure why. But that is something to address for sure!
My refinance loan wasn't delayed due to pandemic and got everything completed in a timely manner. Signing of the documents were done at my home with a notary and was very convenient.

I think this has been by far the best experience I have had. Ms. Washington was very professional and she updated us on the process the entire time. I would definitely recommend Penny-Mac to my family and friends. She dedicated time after hours so that let's us know that she goes above and beyond for her clients. Job Well done!
The process was great and easy from the very beginning. To start, Reid Wright is amazing! He is prompt, professional and just overall great at what he does. Rachel was a God-send... checking on us to ensure we were ok, understood the process and to set up the closing. The girl sent to close us (I am so sorry I cannot remember her name) was also amazing! She explained everything so well, provided examples when requested and respected our home & the social distancing/ COVID situation we are in.
