Quick and painless. Responses were timely and staff were polite.
We began our process back in February and did not close until April. I feel that Julia communicated amazingly. She listened, worked with us to find solutions. Then it all went to the underwriters, and it turned into a cluster. They asked for the same documents several times, we explained my husbands self employment multiple times. And when it all come down they completely changed all the closing info that we had agreed upon with Julia. We settled on a solution but it took a while.
Lana was kind and helpful.
