My re-financing experience was great. It was very straight forward and the PennyMac employees were very friendly.

Sent info numerous times,requested same info over and over! Figures for closing was changed about 20 times throughout loan process!
Nancy was wonderful and our experience with her was perfect. We did have a problem at the very end of closing with Servicelink and notary. We gave the notary a voided check with our banking acct info. Servicelink says they never got it and the notary could not locate it either. Neither party could account for the misplaced check. Our concern is that the misplaced check leading to some sort of fraud. This is not an ideal time to be dealing with having to change our banking account info.
