The closing was a disaster. I left work early for a scheduled closing appointment, was called just as I got home that the closing was postponed from 6pm to 9pm. The scheduled closer cancelled that morning yet I was not told in a timely manner. The remainder of he closing was normal enough given it finished after 10pm. The communication from the title company was horrible, they spoke to me like they were doing me a favor and the details of the day spoke for itself. It's done.
Everything came together, on time.
The closing process was explained from beginning to end.

Overall it was great. However, you waited til 2 days before closing to reconfirm my wife’s employment and we were literally signing the closing documents when you cancelled the closing because you hadn’t received the confirmation. Not impressed!
Replies/communication were hampered GREATLY by the Covid19 impacts on working locations. I do NOT fault Mykela for this, AT ALL. She and Ranjnesh "Angel" Prasad were fantastic to work with; knowledgable, patient, and very helpful.
The process for this VA refinance was very easy and quick! The communication was clear and everything was handled professionally.
At this time with most folks working from home this can not be easy to do. My entire team was very kind and personable. If we discussed something it came back to us just as we had discussed it .
