Quick and simple process :)
Nobody updated the payoff, there for our payoff is wrong. We are owed a $1,301 credit. Laziness at it's best. Communication was terrible. Please send our refund asap!
Everything went smooth and easy!! Didn’t have to leave the house. Everything was done at home online and even the notary came to our house! Our experience with Brent and Affan was great. Any problems we had during the process were when we were directed to other agents not familiar with our case. I would have much preferred to be able to leave a message for Brent as he was able to answer questions where other agents often gave confusing or conflicting information and were not as courteous.
