The process was accurate and smooth
The overall process was good. However, a couple of documents they could'vould have gotten faster internally than having us get them. And we could never reach them on the phone.
Even though the Covid-19 pandemic was in full swing we were only delayed 1 week that was great!!!!
Timeline was as communicated. Process was not overwhelming, especially during the last days. FYI, I recommend the staff work better to confirm receipt of requested items after submission.
