Martha Masuda was not pleasant to work with at all. I was almost exclusively assisted by Dennis Wang who was absolutely Phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. This review is for his hard work not hers. She had a bad attitude and I would never want to work with her again.

The only thing I wish were communicated more clearly is that we could have gotten our own notary for closing. Having that option would have saved us some money.

So the reason I rated my experience as just okay there were a few times where the left hand seemed to not know what the right hand was doing. I was told they couldn't reach my employer so I couldn't close, when I called to explain we were all working from home, I was told it wasnt a big deal. Yet my closing the next day was cancelled according to my notary who had called the previous day to confirm. Although Elmeldo Munoz, working from home I assume like the rest of us seem to always know wwu
