Martha Masuda was not pleasant to work with at all. I was almost exclusively assisted by Dennis Wang who was absolutely Phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. This review is for his hard work not hers. She had a bad attitude and I would never want to work with her again.

The only thing I wish were communicated more clearly is that we could have gotten our own notary for closing. Having that option would have saved us some money.

Horrible communication. Unable to reach loan agent, very delayed responses, or no response at all. Unclear direction on all moving parts, overall experience was unprofessional and unorganized.

I would like to extend my gratitude to saviz Hatam for his diligence with The loan and always being soo very patient in calling at different times of the day to answer my questions . I would also like to thank gregory Johnston for his follow through on my loan and communicating by email and phone step by step on what was needed from me to complete my loan in a timely matter .
