The person who you submit you loan to should stay in contact with you while the loan is processing. I had a lot of questions for the person before the loan processing but that person never amswered his phone or emails. So, basically after he did his part he just forgot about me.

There were a few hiccups in communication in the beginning but once I was introduced to Ms. My'Esha Allen, she promptly and professionally addressed my concerns. She communicated with her superior and single handedly rectified the entire situation. Without the help of Ms. Allen this review would not have been glowing.
