Everyone was easy to get a hold of if needed, I was updated on the process and everything g was clearly explained to me. Such an easy process!
Carlton and Albert were fantastic to work with. Both were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the IRRL VA Loan program. From start to close was only a few weeks, everything was done online, and each step was clearly communicated to me throughout the way to make sure everything was on track.
Loan officer Nick Bonifacio did a terrible job. His communication is utterly terrible. I made it clear there was to be no cash to close during the entire process. Sure enough once the closing documents were drafted Nick had $3000+ cash to close. I emailed him through your secure messages where you can verify that he said he fixed it. Sure enough he did not get it fixed. The notary showed up and the cash to close was still there. Nick could not be reached and never returned calls....

It was very frustrating that I had to provide my employers contact information multiple times. Then when I reached out to my employer my self the loan agent did not respond promptly.
