Nikita was very helpful and patient every step of the way.
It was relatively easy to follow the process online and communication was frequent all along the way. Our ONLY hitch was finding out a few days before close that we had to pay our property tax. It was a bit of a scramble, but the delay in signing documents with the notary was only by one day. Overall, we are very happy with PennyMac's service.
Worked as advertised. The team worked hard to eliminate the delay, confusion and complication and made it a clean, easy process.
Gina was tremendous. An excellent asset to the whole company. She was terrific, clear communication and I highly recommend her. I also highly recommend the loan originator Kathy Smith who was top notch as well. Highly satisfied.
Nathan was amazing, especially since I (Cyndi) threw a wrench in the mix and he handled it with grace and sent us options. He is great!
