While I liked both of my contacts, I had difficulty during the late stages of my process. Many times I was told one thing by one rep that the other was completely unaware of and communication was difficult between the two. I felt my number questions were only answerable by one rep and the other rep always had contradicting info compared to the numbers rep. I also was promised a number of %s and closing costs that fluctuated on the daily. Overall, very dissatisfied with the process.

Emerson Murad was exceptional to work with and was always prompt and answered all my questions. His performance through this process exceeded my expectations. Once the loan left him and went to the "my mac team" the ball got dropped multiple times. I would get asked for docs I already provided them. I would get emails that were of a generic nature asking for stuff required in a state I didnt reside. I would call and not get called back.

These are unusual times given the Covid19 situation. Rob was very responsive when I reached out with a question. I was not able to fully understand how the loan payoff would occur, specifically my role in making these payments. I am disappointed that the cash payout amount could not be directly deposited in my bank account. I was issued a check based on how "small" the payout was; that was the closing Atty. comment. Unfortunate the process could not be electronic. DE law for notary issue

The MAC team was great. I had a poor experience when I called in and spoke with someone else but I called back and the supervisor I spoke with was amazing!

I love having my mortgage with your team. I started this process in late Feb and not too long after everything got shut down. Your team rose to the occasion and Kali led the charge while being forced to work from home. They still got it done and all with the professionalism and a smile in their step. Thank you
