Great people very helpful and knowledgeable.
This loan process was very fast. The steps laid out were clearly explained. This refi was easy painless, and all together a pleasant experience when dealing with money. The staff that worked with us (Rachel Harris, and Steven Garcia) were both very helpful, friendly, and professional.
It’s incredibly fast. Some lenders didn’t even call me back for quote.

The processing was delayed because documents that were submitted were not reviewed in a timely manner
It was fast and painless
There were problems with closing our loan, no one from Penny Mac called to answer what the problems were and when they would be resolved. My wife made several calls to Penny Mac to get answers, several Penny Mac employees stated they would call back with answers no one ever called back including managers. Finally I got to talk to a Kim a manager she did follow through and final got the loan to close. Your customer service is very poor, communication is very lacking.
