My experience with PennyMac was exceptional. Brent Kapaun was the best. He made everything seem so understandably easy. I felt comfortable and would defiantly and always use PennyMac for any of my home needs. Everyone was friendly and very caring. Kudos to Brent for making me feel like part of the PennyMac family. A family you would actually want to be a part of. :) Thank you!!!
prompt reply's to repeated requests for an update would have been appreciated. UPdates on status would have been appreciated with an estimate of closing timing. Holdups, i.e. a constractors lien, could have been communicated earlier.
